What we do
We work with a bail bonding agency that puts up a fee for the release of a defendant on bail, We Charge an initial fee of No Less Than 10% of the amount of money that is required to pay the bail. Our initial fee is Not Refundable, even if the case is thrown out after the defendant posts bail.
Confidentiality
A Bail Bond Agent is required by law to have the same level of confidentiality as your lawyer or doctor. We will not disclose or make public any of our clients information to anyone but the accused and their cosigner. We respect your privacy and protect the confidentiality of your information.
